MicroCenter has SUPERMICRO CSE-731i-300B Black Pedestal Server Case 300W Power Supply w/ PFC @ MicroCenter $30 + Shipping or free store pickup. A good case and PSU to a NAS at home, IMO.
A good review here.
Newegg has it at $110 with good reviews, too.

I had a pretty light duty discrete GPU 100 watts along with a Sandy Bridge i3 on this power supply. Should have been fine... The PSU gave up at 6 months... well it would if you played any common DVD file or BD MKV.. Worked fine for the first 6 months. I would not recommend it for anything but integrated graphics. The machine I am typing on is in that case. I just swapped the factory PSU out for an Green Antec EA-380. The connectors for the case fan are two pin.

I purchased one of these last time Micro Center offered this deal.
It is not really a Supermicro brand.
The brand is Systemax.
This may be just a re branded Supermicro case.
You will need a Supermicro motherboard to take full advantage of this case.
The front panel leads are of little use without the proper motherboard.
