WTB: HTPC with i5 (6th or 7th gen)

I'm looking for a HTPC with the newer i5 Intel chip and SSD. I don't care if it's a smaller "NUC" pc or a full sized desktop. Mainly to be used as a Plex server.

what is your budget?
You might be able to build it as well.
