Anyone got laserdiscs they want to get rid of?

Looking to pick up some laserdisc movies.. Will gladly pay shipping for free ones that people just do not want, or if your selling let me know too..

I am also looking for an RF Demodulator for laserdisc if anyone has one kicking around.

Thanks
Steve

The only ones I can say for sure that are widescreen are:

Awakenings
D2 Mighty Ducks
Rollercoaster
The Sandlot
ET

Upon further inspection some of them do have dented or bent corners, not bad at all but want you to know that. I have no player to test these on so they will be sold As Is, no returns. Thank you for your interest.

And therein lies my problem. Not worth the trouble of ebay and no one locally to buy the whole lot.

Since you seem to be an enthusiast, I think you may find this interesting.
I have 3 Pioneer Elite LD players (in case one craps out). 1 is Dolby Surround only (my original LD) and 2 are DD 5.1. I have a collection of over 500 titles, all hits from '94 to '98, 40% are SS and 60% are DD, The SS or 5.1 is passed to my receiver via a Sony EP9 ES. Works great, but what are we going to do when they drop Composite and Component from TV inputs? Already can't upgrade my receiver from True HD and MA to Atmos and X 'cause they are mainly HDMI only now Not enough optical and Digital audio inputs.

Easy, grab a video processor like I did, the ISCAN DUO, has composite and component in and HDMI out.. Will come in handy down the road.

I've got a few I could get rid of. Some duplicates and stuff I don't want. I have a 2 RF demods, I could get rid of one if you still need one. I'd have to go thru them, I think over 300 total discs. Haven't bought any in a few years now.

This line intentionally left blank.

Just came across this thread...

I have a few Star Wars flicks on laser disc. I have the "faces" set of the original trilogy (1995), the last set before George started tinkering with the movies. I also have The Phantom Menace if that's of interest.

Flicks? Here's my collection. And I've seen a lot, too.

Because they have the best artwork, they sound amazing, and it is a fun challenge to try to make them look better on digital TV's.. I have over 400 now and seriously looking to add more.

That is why I am collecting and trying to either buy or pick up from those who want them gone.

I will cobble a list together. I have quite a few laser discs I am willing to part with. I live about 30 minutes away from Milford.
