Tarr Technology Consulting has an immediate opening for an audio & video support technician.
Here at Tarr Tech we are in the business of designing, installing, and supporting our customers for all of their AV, Telephone, Lighting, high-tech gadgets and computer needs. We use products from a variety of manufacturers, including AMX, Lutron, Sonos, RTI, Universal Remote, Apple, and many more.
This particular job's day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Setup and configuration of the products we provide our clients.
2. On-site and telephone support of these products.
3. Troubleshooting these products, following up with the customer on the issues, and coordinating next steps with the support department.
You must possess: strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, the ability to relate and communicate with impatient and demanding people, a college degree, and the ability to think outside the box and solve problems. A technical degree is highly preferred but not required.
Salary is $40,000 to $50,000 dependent on experience
