Will this connect to a gaming PC via Bluetooth or would it require the special adapter?

Only the newer "S" style controllers have Bluetooth support but, still you need an adapter (not sure on this exact controller, I would need the product model to know). You can use a MicroUSB cable and connect it to a Windows 10 PC and that should work... It's all I did...

Thanks. I'm wanting to get my gaming PC set up for some living room family type games. The kids destroy micro USB cables fairly quickly so trying to go wireless.
