You put it in front of the projector lens and it increases the size of the picture by 25 percent.

So if I understand your posting, you are missing the horse shoe shaped piece that screws on to the small end of the lens shown on the left side of this picture. This is the shoe that makes the lens stand up and not roll away, is that correct?
