I have just bought a used screen that goes from the ground up. It is tensioned by 2 gas springs from the back. It is a 2.6 gain 4:3 80" screen with beads.
There are 4 large-ish wrinkles running horizontally, due to perhaps overuse or incorrect tensioning during up/down action. I was wondering if there is any way to remove the wrinkles? They are wide (1" to 1.5") but not deep, so not too visible when the room is dimmed. But I am just irked by their presence.
The sales lady at the store said that because of the multi-layer construction, it is better that I leave it alone.
Thanks in advance!
