About 1 1/2 ago I purchased a 120" 16x9 screen from Stewart almost immdeately after having it mounted and I noted wrinkles on both the left and right middle of the screen. I contacted Stewart to find out if there was anyway to have these wrinkles removed and go no real help. I was out of the country for amost a year and now am using my projector again. The wrinkles are very distracting? Does anyone know how I can get help straigtening them out either by private party of by Stewart themselves??
thx,
Jim

Dear Videonut,

Do you an electric roll up or is it a fixed screen and frame? It sounds like an electric to me. Either way, it is a warranty issue and we will fix it or replace it with a new one. Call our customer service manager, Scott Kimber, at 800 762-4999.

Please have the name of the dealer you purchased it from handy. Also... if you have the serial number available this will expedite the process. On a fixed frame the serial number is on the bottom of the lower frame member.
On a retractable screen the serial number is on the back of the screen batten.

Regards,

Don Stewart

Don,
Thanks for the quick response I will follow up tomorrow as you advised. My first preference would be to see if somehow it can just be fixed as I would prefer no out of pocket expense to have the screen removed and mounted backup. Thanks for your quick response - I love the screen - just want to get the wrinkles out. Oh yes it is an electric roll screen.

thx,
Jim
