I see there is a Video of a Black Diamond Motorized at CEDIA 2010. Did anyone speak to Screen Innovations or have any details on this? Thanks.

Been looking for that myselt, nowhere is it mentioned which material they are using. They seem to like showing off their screens with light directly below it, and not comming from the sides.

However that one video the motorized is hanging outside right in full ambient light and looking decent enough considering.

I see they now have the CEDIA video's on their website and a link to the screen specs but unfortunately it won't open the link.

Here's the spec-sheet they meant to link, they just fudged their HTML a bit.

Our target is 5k retail for a 100" (example). We want the product to be affordable.

Thanks for that Blake.
I have a couple of questions.
1. What will the gain be, is it more similar to the .8 or 1.4 BD?
2. Will it be available in 2.40 format, what max width?
3. When will it be available, trying to hold off but can't wait forever?
Thanks.

Yes both 1.4 and .8 will be available. Max width will be around 12' 142" - 150" diagonal max. Still working on time-frame.

I have changed my screen name from Send to Screen Innovatio. For those who do not know me this is Blake Vackar, director of sales for Screen Innovations and the guy in most of the videos.

"Still working on timeframe" doesn't say much when I was given via email a 'they will be ready Sept' and then 'end of the year' and now 'early next year'?? Looking back through the forums it appears that there was talk of this being released 2 years ago?? How certain is the "early next year"? If it is 90% by Feb then I would rather wait but if it is 10% then Firehawk it is.
