Hi guys, I'm finally in the middle of fulfilling my dream of a cinema room.

I have in my possession a panasonic ptat5000 and am now looking at purchasing the screen.

I'm based in the uk and I am struggling to find a screen (due to my lack of projector experience)

I understand from what I have read that a white screen is fine as the room will be almost pitch black when viewing movies. However I'm struggling to find reviews on any screens.

the two I have bookmarked are below and I'm struggling to see why one is cheaper than the other. My budget for the screen is £350ish and would appreciate some help!

If you can suggest any other screens within the budget then great, the screen size I am after is up to 108inches wide by whatever the height needs to be to be 16:9.

These are the two I'm looking at currently:

screen 1

screen 2

I would really go look at some screens until you do you will not understand. the main factors that make screen more expensive is thickness. Will the screen remain flat over time. Materal, how smooth it is. Light just because it is a white 1.0 materal they are far from equal so are just more colorful and have a greater depth of field. You really need to AB screes and maybe order samples of the materals. It is amazing how many materals are not flat and we are going to 4k projectors now most of the lower end screens willn ot hold up.
