I have been reading threads regarding recommended speakers for AT screen. It seems the most favorable is using the same three speakers behind the screen.

Does that mean there is no center speaker like normal set up? Currently, I have 2 Polk M60 as front and Polk CS1 as a center. If I switch to AT screen, should I replace CS1 with another M60?

The only thing that refers to is having an identical center channel for soundstage symmetry. There is still a center channel, but it is the same as the L/R and because it is behind an AT screen, you can do it. If it was a traditional non-AT screen, it would be in in front of and in the middle of the screen.
