I'm new to the projector scene. I'm no handy man and wanted to know your tips on how to mount a pull down screen to drywall. I bought some drywall anchors but now the only thing is I need to be dead on accurate at the holes I drill. The wall I have is fairly short so if I screw this up I'm going to have a screen lower or off center slightly.

It's a easy setup where I just need two screws anchored in, but I want to make sure I don't mess this up.

Measure 3 times. Drill once. Success. Mods can delete this.

My 106" pulldown I installed under ceiling myself using two removable hooks from Lowes. This way whenever it's needed I can quickly remove screen and the hooks which leaves only small low profile discs in the ceiling. Great solution for those who have to share living room with protection needs.

To ensure hooks are mounted into the studs i used stud locator. It was pretty easy and made screen suspension tough enough to last many screen pulldowns to come.
