From what I have been able to discern from these forums and elsewhere, Stewart is kind of the "get it if you can afford it" screen. So I priced one out for our new theater and while I can afford it, it seems way to much to spend on a screen. It feels like I should be able to get a screen that is 90% as good for like half the price. I am buying a concaved, 2.35, 140", perforated screen so that the speakers can sit behind. This is almost $10K. Thoughts?

With a perforated screen I would look at Stewart, I don't think any other company's' perforations are as good.  You could use a woven screen material and for that I would look at Screen Excellence.  Woven and perforated each have tradeoffs.  The advantage of perforated is most of Stewarts screen materials can be perforated so you can get the material that best suits your needs.  Woven has the advantage with the Enlightor 4K that you don't notice the texture of the screen unless sitting pretty close to the screen.  Woven can also have the speakers placed closer behind the screen.
