Hi, thanks for reading.
First, I live in Japan. I've dwindled my choices down to a steal on a really good roll-down screen for $150 or a fixed frame screen for $800 (or possibly imported for $450 if i can trust the post). The roll-down screen can also be easily hung from a picture rail I have up in the room, while the fixed frame will require concrete-drilling, etc. So obviously I'm leaning toward the first choice.
However, in Japan, the standard A/C and heating unit is a constantly air-blowing unit mounted on a wall under the ceiling. It's a small room as well. Obviously the bottom of the screen is weighted, but the screen won't be flush with the wall. I'm afraid the flexible screen will continously ripple, ruining the viewing experience. Does anyone have any experience with this or solutions?
