Have the projector picked out i want it is the Benq 1080st. Now its time picking the screen, I was wondering how good the visual apex projector bundles are? Includes projector, visual apex tension electric screen, mount, hdmi, ir package and few other things for about $1650.

How does the screen compare to the Elite Cinetension2 100" screen?

How would i go about mounting this to the ceiling, the difficult part im seeing is that my basement has a drop tile ceiling and the floor joists run perpendicular to the screen direction. Is there some kind of mountable arms that i can cut a slot into the tile?

I was trying to look for the Ceiling trim kits but not sure I have enough room to mount that in between the tiles and joists above. There is only about 5" clearance.

Let me know any other suggestions you may have thanks!

I have no idea an nor would most folks. However you may want to do some forum searches to see what has been written about the 2 screens you want to compare. Most comparisons have to be done by reading what each user has to say about the screen... then decide which one has more issues..
Mounting questions can sometimes be resolved by downloading the user manual for the product in question.
Sorry this is not what you were looking for, but I think if you spend a little time looking you might find some useful info.
