I am going to be a NEC 6pg xtra projector owner and my screen size will be 80" dig.

Would like to get some idea from you guys which manual screen to go for ? What is the reasonable viewing angle for a normal screen and how much gain value do I need to have ?

Heard that Stewart produced some good manual pull down screens. Other than that, what other model / brand name you guys recommend ?

Almost all the screen manufactures offer manual pull down screen.
For crt you do not want anything other than a 1.3 gain to eliminate hot spotting and color shift.
Most manual screen are not tab tentioned and only come with 2 screen material options, matt white and glass beaded. You only want to use glass beaded if you table mount your projector as glass beaded throws the light output from the projector back to its source.
You can get a manual screen for $225 range.
Stewar sells a tab tention screen that allows you a choice of higher gain material for around $1000.

Thanks Very Much!
