Hi,

the tensioning line of my 96´screen on the right side doesn´t fit one of the flaps (the middle one). Any ideas how I can fit it through without big problems?

Thanks,

I just set up my 106" M2500 and had a heck of a time getting the snaps all snapped manually. What I ended up using that worked like a charm was a rubber mallet -- I hooked the handle of it through the loop at the corner of the screen (hopefully yours has the loops too) and put the face of the head on the corner of the aluminum frame, then used it as a lever to pull the screen out until the snaps were aligned. The rubber head gripped on the frame well enough to give me good leverage and the handle was long enough to do the trick.

Then I ended up with problems because the center was bowed in quite a bit (almost 6"). I ended up fixing that by cutting a 1x4 to the right length (based on the sides) and sliding it into the center. Now it's great and more or less square.
