I've read all the thread regarding homemade screen but, I know I'm a little dummy, I can't figure out the exact processing on building such screen with blackout fabric.
Is there anyone kind enough to post some photos of the building phase???
This would be also kind in order to be able to find the exact stuff that has to be bought.
I won't bother to post my pix, since I just took some pins and tacked
a 100" x 52" strip to the wall while I decide upon which screen to
purchase. This at least returns a queen size bed sheet to the linen

Sorry Luigi, it only took me 90 mins to make a screen-door frame and spline in the curtain fabric. Taking photos would have slowed me down too much.
Seriously, if you can mitre saw then that's about as hard as it gets, doing it this way. I'm no home-handyman I can tell you...(or rather my wife can tell you, but you'd probably have to buy her a beer first!)
In my country, notwithstandind I wandered a little to find this kind of blackout fabric, I wasn't able to find anything similar and so I asked to view some photos to be shure I was hunting for the right stuff.
I just posted my experience building this type screen. Posted a few pics, FWIW.
Build, watch, enjoy!
Here are two examples, the first one is PAP's and the second one is mine. Enjoy...
