I have a Sony 10HT projector and am trying to decide on what screen to get. I was all set to buy one this week and then I heard about the Grayhawk and it's thrown me into turmoil again.

So for anybody with a 10HT and Grayhawk screen. Do you use the 10HT with the Cinema Black mode on or off?

My concern with the Grayhawk is 0.85 gain. Does it make it too dim to view with some ambient light? Do you have to turn off Cinema Black mode to get a reasonable brightness. If so doesn't this offset the advantage you get by going to a gray screen?

Craig,

I have the GrayHawk and a 10HT. I was one of the original Beta testers. If you do a search you will fnd my review. I left the Cinema Black mode on and had plenty of brightness.

Feel free to ask if you have more questions.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm convinced and will be placing my order tomorrow.
