What are the viewing area sizes of screens on manufacturer's catalogs?

It seems Stewart makes only custom sizes, so he's not concerned.

But what about Da-Lite?
They say they have screens of -say- 80"x45" dimensions available as manual, electric, portable, fixed, etc. Is this 80"x45" the viewing area without any border or frame consideration?

Thanks,

Carlos

car_rod,
I've been trying to respond to your e-mails, but I keep getting a fatal error. Are you getting them at all?
