Cant get image small enough on new screen

My 14' smx screen long rails got damaged so I just put up a 10' curved SMX screen- No matter how much I adjust I cannot get the picture inside the borders- It stays way outside as meant for the 14' screen- Outside of changing lenses is there something else( like shorten throw distance) to make the image fill just the screen- thks

You have to move the projector closer to the screen.

You may be able to move it closer and make it work, but it depends on which lens you have.
