First screen purchase - Motorized screen ~$1K for 5040ub

Tried to make the title summarize what I'm looking for, but here are some additional details:

Room is 20x15x8, I need a motorized screen as the front of the room is wall-to-wall built in cabinets and the other side of room is open to another room/the hallway, so I can't really flip the other way to avoid this. The projector can be mounted as far as 18/19 ft from the screen (opposite wall). The first row of seats is 12/13 ft away, putting the second row about 17/18 ft back. The room is in my basement (no windows), so it's dark down there even during the day.

I'm looking to go ~125 if I go with a 16:9 screen, perhaps bigger if 2.35:1. I like 3d movies, but will be watching a lot of non-3d movies to make friends/family who don't like 3d happy if I'm honest. I don't know a lot about screens, so I'm looking for advice.

I'm looking for a screen too but this screen seems to have several complaints (review on Amazon) about the screen being wavy. Any affordable alternatives that would be higher quality?

If you can stretch you budget a bit, Stewart's Cima Neve electric screens are well worth it. I certainly love mine !
