Curves in new screen

So I just finished putting my elite screen together and hung it. Unfortunately mostly at the top I have curves, probably more tension in the bottom springs pulling the screen down more in certain areas.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Or am I SOL?

It looks like you need more tension side to side in order to take up those wrinkles. Before anything else, I would try a hair dryer a few inches away from the screen to gently warm the screen, that may help with the wrinkles, making sure you are continually moving the hair dryer as to not get the screen too hot.

It's not wrinkles, just looks like springs on the top aren't pulling equally as the bottom ones

I concur with the previous posters, I have an Elite Curved Screen, and it is important that you follow the instructions to the letter to ensure your screen is properly aligned and adjusted. This was done in several steps in accordance with the included instructions. Hope this helps.

Peace and blessings,
