I am pretty sure I am going to buy a Stewart fixed 16:9 screen with 110" diag.

I need to go micro perf because of the fact that I pan to use a Magnepan 3.6R as a center channel. (already have 2 of these).

My fear is that I am going to notice a change in the sound.
Who out there has used a perforated screen?

Happy or Not, I want to know.

Better than voices coming from the floor or ceiling.

Stewart will also include an EQ designed for the slight change in frequency response as a result of the screen.

There are more than a handful of [op amps] that sound so good that most designers want to be using them as opposed to discreet transistors. Dave Reich, Theta 2009

I have a Stewart MicroPerf screen and I am very happy with it; I do not see the perforations from my front row seats; 11' away.

It does come with an equalizer, but I did not use it. The sound from my center is very good.

I have never seen a single post from a MicroPerf owner who was even the slightest bit unhappy with his screen.
