I showed my stacked-1100 client actual UHD content for the first time over the weekend. The source was the Samsung UHD Video Pack into the UBD-K8500 Blu-ray player. All content was REC.709 SDR.

He ordered a Kaleidescape Strato the next day!

Need some help to calculate how many lumens i can get when feeding the 1100 with UHD WCG material . I still don`t have any player but i am planning to get the new Oppo and hopefully be able to output a UHD SDR BT2020 signal into the projector once Lumagen & Calman have their tone mapping & calibration software ready. I know there is light loss when the filter is in place but i am not sure exactly with how much and would like to know how many possible lumens i can expect with the filter activated?
My screen is a 9 feet wide 2.35:1 DNP Supernova with the .85 gain material and i use the zoom method. Throw distance is approx 4.3m.

There is a ~20% loss of lumen output with the filter in place.

I thought it was higher than that. last time I checked on the 1100 there was a substantial visual difference in light output with the filter engaged. noticeably more perceived loss than when the JVC filter is in place.

I never measured my unit in DCI mode when I had it here. This percentage is what cine4home reports.
