I just replaced the Lamp in my 9000 and after plugging the PJ back and pressing the on/reset buttons the 2 red lights came on.

However I am still not able to actually turn the PJ ON.

Any ideas what's wrong?

Thanks

If you bought a new lamp with a new housing, I would start by removing the lamp housing...then reseat it. Nice projector I owned one for quite a while.

You need to hold down the "Enter", "Down" & "right" button and press the "ON" for reseting after replacing the lamp.

it's on page E-48 of the manual.

btw, I've just change my Z9000 to a Sony HW30ES, night & day different!

Well also start at the basics... Make sure it was just a lamp and not another issue that it is having...
