HI,

Wasn't exactly sure where to post this. I recently purchased a Jvc hd750 used via the videogon Classifieds. Unfortunately it's exhibiting a display issue where about a 100px to the left of the screen a gradient of blue shadowing is apparent. Examples attached. 700
700
700

I'm assuming the worst, but I thought it would prudent to get some feedback first.

Thanks guys.

Activate the masking, there is a 2.5% and a 5% in the menu...one will loose a bit of the frame but it will be useable, without distraction.

My HD750 has a red gradient on the left edge of the screen. I have it masked 2.5% and have been going strong for over 6 months with no other visual issues. I will probably replace it after CEDIA when I see the new models. Hopefully, it will hang in there until the replacement arrives. The cost of the optical block makes it prohibitive to repair.
