Just need to upgrade. I have jvc rs2 and what a new projector that is a bit brighter. Our screen is 110 inch stewart screen.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I've never heard of a place where someone can "trade in" a projector. Your best bet is to try and sell it. Lately I've seen a lot of RS-2's sell for around $1000. If you were happy with the JVC and want something brighter you could look into getting a refurb or B-Stock JVC DLA-RS40 or RS45. I'd give AVScience a call. They always have great prices and usually have the JVCs I've mentioned in stock.

Some high-end dealers do take trades with existing customers who are going to upgrade, otherwise I would like to know how, what and where.

Will call AVS on Monday to see if they have any JVC B-stocks.
