I can't actually remember which ones I've got, they're either the I think either the 52 or 62's, but no I don't think they're really necessary you don't get a lot of bass out of surrounds. Though personally I'd consider the 42s over the 41s, you'd get probably 90% of the difference to the 52's with maybe 1/3'd the cost increase.
