Can someone link me a good light meter for HT use?

Its probably the only tool i don't have!

This is a popular model used by a number of folks on the forum.

How accurate are spectrophotometers, like a Color Munki for measuring lumens? I don't have a dedicated light meter.

The $40 meter I posted above is going to be more accurate. I wouldn't use the color meter as a reference.

Are they typically lower or higher than the real value? All I do with mine is set the iris on the JVC for 16fl.
Thanks for letting me know though. I didn't think they were that accurate with lumens.

it depends on the color meter, it could be either direction. it's worth getting the $40 meter, results will be more accurate.
