Recommended picture settings?

I've been enjoying this PJ for a year now and really haven't played with the settings all too much. Anybody care to post setting recommendations?

Mark

My settings, doing them from memory:

Reference mode.
Brightness 50
Color 50
Contrast 100
Motion flow off.
Rec709.
Sharpness 10. (Higher will introduce artifacts on a test pattern)
D65/custom 3. (Calibrated greyscale)
RC 20. Noise 10.
Gamma 2.6.
Low lamp.
Contrast enhancer off.
All other expert settings off.
Hdmi auto.
Clear white off.
Iris on limited and brightness max.

I'm using a htpc with jriver + madvr feeding the Sony 4k.

The projector is accurate out of the box in reference mode and d65. All the other settings are really preferences.

Latest measurement gave me 13.5fl on a 120" wide screen and for my room and preference I am using gamma 2.6.

Since I have only had this pj for 6 weeks or so I am also still learning. Tried to get the best possible black level but nerfing the brightness in any way didnt really help in a appreciate way.

Thanks. Mine is certainly a bat cave. I can't see a thing in there with the PJ/lights off and I don't have the double doors fitted yet.

I put up the tree and the lights. My wife with a little help from the kids decorates the tree. I bet she puts over a 1,000 decorations on the (12' tall) tree. Takes her 5 days to decorate. We start shortly after Thanksgiving.
