Ok guys let me have it My JVC is working fine. Would prob like to stay with JVC but open to your thoughts would like the best bang for the buck but if I am going to spend money to upgrade would like that wow factor ...

Room is dark screen size 110 room size tight 14 foot have a high output screen in place. 3d not high on my list . Last will I really see a difference if I upgrade or should I wait ........If so which model?

Thank You for your time

Regards

Robert

Since you are happy with JVC, I would go with the 4910 or 57, depending on your budget and room conditions.

RS1 is a nice PJ. I would probably wait for the 4k spec to more established. But there is always going to be something new on the horizon. Technology is always changing and the manufactures always want your money.

He did say bang for the buck. Even next year, I would not call a 4K projector bang for the buck. I think bang for the buck 4K projectors are three years away. When I think bang for the buck, I think of projectors at the 3K price point.

So if I add two and two together, if 3K is the price point you think of as bang for the buck and since you recommended a 4910 as a bang for the buck projector, can I buy one from you at that price? smile.gif

One was bang for the buck in the line up. the other is what I would consider bang for the buck based on price point for entry level projectors from JVC, Sony and Epson.

Especially true if he bought his RS1 new.

For me even going to an RS45 from an RS2 was a nice step up.
