I know there is a separate Blu-Ray player forum, but I could not find the answer to my question there, and I thought this might be a better forum to post this on. I am excited to be getting my first introduction to a "high end" projector, the Sony HW30ES. Looking into Blu-Ray players, the Sony S5100 is highly recommended. My room is reasonably light controlled, 100" screen, 12' throw. My question is will I notice that much of a difference (or any) between this Sony (about $100), and a more expensive player, i.e., the Pioneer 62fd, or the lowest Denon?
Thanks

For 1080p/24, they are basically all the same - except an occasional manufacturer might goof up a certain aspect at times. I see reviews sometimes where, for example, chroma resolution might not be as good as another, etc. There are some variances too if you are doing any deinterlacing and scaling, but most of them are good here.
