Will they work together, or will the COMBO create too much noise?

The Darbee helps everything. Just don't crank it too high, most like it at between 30 and 40. E-shift and Darbee are unrelated. One is like putting a turbo on your car and the other is like putting n better tires. They increase the ass kicking value of the system.

I agree with Mark.

The Darbee improves the JVCs picture in a different way the eShift does. Both work very well together (picture wise) when Darbee is used in a conservative way (25-40% in my case depending on the source).

With my setup and my eyes, I like to keep eshift on almost all of the time, while the Darbee is on about 40-50% of the time (100% with animated movies where it does wonders...!)
