I agree with Jason, more info in needed.
Zomby, you will be going with a smaller screen, 92" diag or less, as the borders of the screen will make your width less than 88"
Also you have a light controlled room. This is ideal for you and opens up a lot of options.
for example, you could even use a $1500 sharp 12000 and get a stunning picture. (with better ansi contrast than a rs-1). I do not think you need a very bright projector or even a 1080 pj given your dark room and small screen size. With smaller screens and darker rooms, the advantages of a very bright pj or a 1080 pj are much less.
Of course, if you want to spend more, you can for a small incremental improvement, but certainly buying a rs-1 will not improve your picture 3-4 fold.
Also, I think you should try to place the pj as far back as possible in the room. This not only looks better, but is less obtrusive and gives better contrast to the picture.
