Hi All,

I am looking for an HD tuner to connect to my projector. The unit needs to have multiple HDMI inputs in addition to taking in S-video, component, composite and up converting them.

I purchased the PrimeDTV PHD-8VX and it did do the job until it died where it stopped putting out a signal on the HDMI out. I am really hoping it is just a lemon but it did come direct from the supplier so not really holding out hope.

What other units are out there that meet my needs?

Thanks,
Tim

I think the closest you are going to come is a AV receiver + a QAM/ATSC tuner box.

Personally I have more HDMI inputs in my system than I know what to do with. What I want is an ATSC/QAM tuner with multiple coax inputs.

What would you recommend for a QAM/ATSC tuner box?
