Just discovered that my HD OTA antenna works best (100% signal quality on my HDHomerun GUI) when it's pointing above the horizon. Would like an antenna mast that has a swivel mechanism similar to what a camera tripod has. Everything I see online is basically a glorified pipe. Thanks in advance!

The thing is, you do not want them to swivel, other wise it will move during high winds. What you are talking about is allowing for angle change due to azimuth, which can be done while mounting, but keep in mind, if too high when you rotate to a different direction, due to how close or how far the transmitter is, it can mess with the signal.

I don't need the antenna to move. It's in the perfect spot/position...I'm getting all the channels that I need/want with no issues whatsoever. The issue is that this perfect spot is right near my house in a fairly visible spot. i don't want to put it on a tilted pipe...it would look pretty ghetto imo. I'd want it on a nice vertical pipe with a fixed amount of altitude angle.

There you go, if a remote controlled variable tilt is desired.

Antennas Direct has several UHF antennas (SR15, 42XG, 43XG, & 91XG) that offer a tilt-able mast bracket.

Otherwise, 1) stop by a local exhaust shop and ask them to custom-bend a length of pipe for a mast or 2) most electrical contractors can custom bend conduit. 1.25" EMT makes a pretty good antenna mast.
