I have a Samsung LNA850 - today a Best Buy Service rep. went into my service menu and changed settings.
1) the Information box is plain and grey (when you press Info)
2) the menu screen is no longer translucent it has a purple square (when you press Menu)
3) the "weak or no signal screen is no longer black its solid blue (no signal/imput)
4) lastly when powered on or off the screen turns solid blue, it used to be black (powering on or off)
Is there a service menu fix for these changes?
