Does Samsung give you a printed Owner's Manual nowadays when you buy a TV from them?
Trying to decide if I should buy the Samsung UN40ES6580 40-inch LED TV, I went to their web site and downloaded the Owner's Manual. It is 675 pages long, and the type is enormously large and with large margins. Nobody is going to print that. I imagine it is just about useless. When I bought my Canon printer I got a disk instead of a printed manual. It is almost completely useless. It's much too long to print, and poorly organized, and you can never find what you're looking for.
Is that the way Samsung is treating its customers these days?
