Well I dont hear it since I normally keep the tv sound at zero and I use my receiver for sound. But if I had the tv volume up to 20/100 I hear an annoying buzz. Should I worry that this could be a sign of bigger troubles in the future or is this pretty normal? I only have the one HDMI coming out of the TV and it happens on all its inputs.

A little more information about what your setup is would be helpful. How do you watch tv? When do you use your receiver for sound? Sounds like you need to use optical out from the tv to the receiver for tv audio which means you should be turning off the tv speakers.
