I am currently using an Antennas Direct C2V with RCA TVPRAMP1R preamp. I have the antenna mounted on my north facing front porch, about 15' AGL. There is about 75' of cable between the antenna and my TV. I can get WWCP (8.1), WATM (8.2), WJAC (6.1), MeTV (6.2), and WPCW (19.1). WWCP and WATM's signal strength is around 50% as measured on my Panasonic S60, and I get dropouts at times. WJAC and WWCP come in much stronger at around 75%. The gain of the C2V is listed at 3.1dBi VHF and 10.4dBi.

The Winegard HD 7694P is a bigger antenna with higher dB gains. I can't go much bigger than the 7694P, unfortunately. Would an antenna like the 7694P be better suited to pick up these (and possibly more) channels? Thank you for your help.

Mike

Would you consider mounting your antenna on your rooftop so it is about 30' AGL?

Sadly no. My house is tall and skinny and I can't get to the top of my roof without a crazy tall ladder of which I don't have.
