Help...Am looking for the name of the Company that sells a low end coupler which allows a progressive scan component in and outputs to RGB...

The cable from Better Cables will not convert from component to RGB. To quote directly from their description:

"(NOTE THAT THIS CABLE DOES NOT CONVERT A VGA OR RGB SIGNAL TO A COMPONENT VIDEO SIGANAL!)"

What you need is an encoder I use the one from Key Digital and I believe Audio Authority just came out with one. Make sure you get the Component to RGB unit as both companies also make RGB to Component encoders.
