This is bad right?
Before I give the comcast tech an earfull tomorrow I want to make sure these numbers are bad like I think they are.
I've been dealing with comcast for 2 months now. Every night I get tiling and sound cutting out on my HD box, the internet gets slow, and even the basic cable not running through a box gets lines through it.
I've had about 10 techs out to my house, rewired the entire house, put in a new drop from the tap to the house, several maint. crews, brand new cable box, etc. Of course every time they come out they can't find anything wrong, so now I'm resorting to taking pictures of the diagnostic page.
