Someone please help me out here! I have gone through every possible setting I can think of and am only getting 2 channel stereo out of my HTPC to my receiver. It is connected directly via HDMI. AC3 filter is set to SPDIF 3/2 + SW 5.1 and it shows it's outputting all 6 channels, but the receiver only shows and is playing stereo.

Are there more settings then these needed to get this baby up and running in full 5.1?!

Thanks for any and all advice!!!!

Try setting DD and DTS to passthrough in AC3Filter. You may have to run a separate SPDIF cable depending on your sound and video card hardware.

Oh sure, I've been abducted. Heck, we've all been abducted.
