from what I understand 5450 is the most reasonable priced item for bitstreaming if you don't go the intel mobo way.
just bought one at newegg for ~40 bucks. highly recommended. just make sure, that you get a) fanless version and b) low profile if you have a small (microatx) case.


update: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-340-_-Product that's what I bought. no low profile though, so i had to get the saw out!
