I have recently switched my HTPC out for a better one but am running the same tuner, gpu, OS (Vista 64) and TV). However, to make mkv files work in media center, i had to install the vista codec pack with x64 components which I didn't have to do before. I don't remember what I did but I can't make it work now. Anyways, now I have an interlacing problem. Whenever there is movement on the screen, I get zebra stripes around the edges of people and objects It is worse watching satellite than HD. I know it is an interlacing problem but I am not sure how to fix it.

4 GB Ram
HD 4550
ATI tv wonder 650 pcie dual tuner

Right now I only have the codec pack installed. No ffdshow, clasic media player, avisynth, or Reclock. I did have them installed and thought I had it set to deinterlace the picture but that did nothing. I uninstalled them and had no change in picture so either i didn't set them up right or the computer is using the codec pack rather than FFDshow for everything.
