I cannot figure out how to view and modify which version of PowerDVD 9 7MC is starting. Can anyone tell me where 7MC displays the PowerDVD start up link.

I installed the current patch and ended up with my old version in its own directory and the new version in the Program Files directory. I can run the new version by going into Progam Files-Cyberlink-PowerDVD 9- application. But I cannot get PowerDVD 9 to run from 7MC.

I have an atypical installation done as a Cyberlink work aroud to a previous problem.

Can you right click on a movie/video file and then use the "open with" command and point it to the PWDVD9 exe file?

The problem is that I cannot start a Blu-ray while running PowerDVD under 7MC. I get a message that the disk is not supported.

If you go to 7MC "Extras", do you have an icon for PWDVD9?

This problem is corrected. I moved the PowerDVDUltra directory to the recycle bin leaving only the version in the Program files directory. That may have fixed the problem or some other things I attempted along the way may have corrected the problem.

Anyway, I doubt it is a problem many other will encounter.
