I leave my HTPC on all the time. I use Harmony remote for all functions. I recently changed my system from AMD proc. and 5770 video card to using only the i5-2405 with integrated graphics. About 50% of the time when I turn on the rest of the system, the picture is letterboxed. I have to get the mouse out, restore down media center and then maximize media center in order for it to display full screen. The other half of the time when I turn on TV and receiver the picture is full screen. What do I need to do to avoid the letterbox problem?

I had a similar problem with mine, though it was with a 6570. Upon resume MCE would occassionally display in a lower resolution instead of the native 1080p. Drove me nuts until I downloaded MCE Standby Tool. Set it so 7MC stops on suspend and restarts on resume. That took care of the problem since 7MC restarts every time the system resumes. That solution should work just as well for your issue.
