Yep, 7870 and 7850 should drop $50 soon when the nvidia 670 releases (next week?). I kind of decided my next build will be game capable - and I am traveling so much over the summer it may be fall before I have a chance to build. Probably new options and lower prices by then.

I've been reading about some modern PC games and it seems the gaming landscape is somewhat of a mess to try to understand, with all kinds of stupid online-only DRM going around. Kind of off-putting trying to keep track of all the crap that could get installed in my PC.
