You can usually get it cheap directly from Corel. It's always on "sale".

Probably because almost no one is buying...

Reputation had been damaged since the days of WinDVD 2010 pro, where you had to install the first release, then patch2_Nov and patch3Jan and on and on till patch7.5_Jan before it SHOULD eventually work...

But wait, mine never worked, the 3D support they advertized in 2010 version was a complete scam...

Support kept coming back with uninstall and re-install and apply this patch and use this remover and install WinDVD_2010_Pro_Upgrade_20110616... etc...etc... nothing worked right

I requested refund before the first 30 days expired and didn't get a red cent back...

Boy... am I surprised it is always on sale...

2010 worked great for me, although I don't use 3D so I have no idea about that. Otherwise, it's been great. I haven't even had any reason to upgrade to the newest version.

Yep, compared to the disaster that is PowerDVD (using since 7, now have 11 and 12 on two different PCs), WinDVD 10 (& 11) have been great - not as tightly coupled into 7MC, but at least they work for whatever I throw at them.

I don't do 3D either though, so I really can't speak to that.
